  • We assist our retailers with in-store merchandising whether it is provided from the brand or custom made to fit particular scenarios. We also educate our customers on optimal sales floor layouts to increase the consumer's shopping experience. 

  • We utilize our over 3 decades of relationships with Northwest retailers to place the products from our vendor partners in the best resellers available.

  • Sales for the brands we represent is only as good as the sales staff presenting it to the consumer.  Therefore, we spend time with the retailer’s staff to ensure they are up to speed on all the technical details of the products we provide.

  • We manage all aspects of the ordering process from the order entry, warehouse fulfillment, best choice for freight forwarder to retailer delivery.

  • We work with only quality companies but sometimes warranty issues occurs and it’s our job to facilitate the warranty for the consumer while maintaining a high level of respect for both the retailer and brand.
